Why the name Climate Smart Resilient Agriculture (CSRA)?

We specifically highlight ‘resilience’ in our definition. While this typically forms part of FAO’s adaptation pillar, we believe its importance to smallholders merits a specific focus. We deliberately seek to build the resilience and capacity to adopt and thrive amid climate shocks.
